Here is a photo of my Mum (age about 8 1/2, her brother Davie Love, age about 3, My Nanna Lizzie Love & the Parkie at Leith Links in 1930 - too bad the photographer cut a bit off the top of his head.

Thought you might enjoy seeing this. I've been checking through some of my Dad's war time stuff and came across it. It's from the Admiralty Berthing Office in Gourock 1942. Don't know what they meant by 'transform it to a dope' . Is that what they thought of their fighting men? I sure hope not!

The picture is of my Mum, Betty Love , (1922-2005) from Market Street at about 9 yrs. old, it was taken at Jeromes.
Mum, Betty Love; Dad, John Johnson (1919-1987); Mum's sister, Agnes Love (1924-2008); and I think, Jimmy Sutherland (Shetlands) on their wedding day, Jan. 12, 1942, taken at Campbell Harper's, Leith. Wedding took place at South Leith Church.
